I'm so good at talking myself up and getting myself psyched to change- but I'm terrible at actually changing. Since my last post, I've eaten one healthy meal, worked out once, and haven't kept track of anything. My motivation springs at the weirdest times- like 1 AM, when I'm lying awake thinking of all the stuff I didn't do that day because I let myself be lazy all day until work.
Lifestyles changes are much more difficult than I thought. I wish I had a better support system amon...

My first blog entry- not sure how faithful I'll be to this thing, but I can certainly try.
So, I'm here because I want to be healthier and happier in mind, body, and spirit. I want to eat better, become fitter, and gain a better peace of mind through it all.
I'm also looking for anyone who, like me, may need some motivation and advice on how to get started. Whether that means chatting on here, emails, or maybe even meeting up at a local gym to do some workouts (girls only...
