Week one and I am down I would say about three pounds. My energy level is rising. I like this web site for keeping track of my progress it helps keep one in check. the only thing I don't like is I am on the Atkins program and it does not subtract dietary carbs from total carbs but I am pretty good about doing that myself. I have measured my body and am in hopes that the numbers will go down even when my weight dosn't seem to go down.

Day two of starting Atkins over again. I have found this website and I seem to like it. It has a food journal that will count everything for me. I just have to make sure and put "everything" in it.
I have regained twenty pounds in the last six months and do not feel good about it and now am back to square one. I do feel I have more tools to work with but the weather is not helping with the time to exercise. I have a new...
