I know that I am by no means alone on this front. Why is it so incredibly hard to stick to any diet or workout plans over the weekend? I wake up every monday morning feeling sluggish and ashamed (and even more so once I step on the scale).
During the work week I can manage to workout 3-4 times and stay within my calorie and carb goals. It doesn't even seem that hard and it's incredibly rewarding. But over the weekend.... forget about it. It's so much more fun for m...

Hello all and welcome to my blog! I've never done this before so please bear with me as I get a feel for it.
The Backstory:
I've struggled with my weight since middle school... going straight from children's sizes to a size 11 or 13 in juniors, much to the horror of my mother.
In highschool I maintained that weight until I had my first serious boyfriend. As a young, very insecure, girl this was all the motivation I needed to lose weight. To my delight...
