Well at least I did not gain. When I started on FitClick on 7/5/2011 I was actually 246.2 lbs. Didn't know it would let you put in the exactly like that. So today I weigh in at 244.8 which is 1.4 weight loss. Not on schedule at all with where I want to be in 50 days. Got to speed things up this week. But better news is that since 7/2/2011 I have lost a total of 9.2lbs.

Didn't do any cardio at lunch today. I was really busy at work and wanted to get stuff out before I left. I am going hiking at Yosemite National Park tomorrow and that will be an all day outgoing so I will get in several hours of walking.

9:42 pm - Came home extremely tired. Took a 2 1/2 hour nap and woke up totally refreshed with a urge to walk. So I did!

Okay, I am really dragging today. I have just a few minutes left at work. I didn't finish all my yougurt from lunch because I just wasn't feeling it. The vegetables I brought weren't that good (think they were going bad) so I threw them away. I am pretty damn hungry right now. Watch out Subway cause here I come. I was going to attempt to do 1/2 of the 6.6 mile walk that I did yesterday. However, when I got home at 4:30 it was still 97 degrees outside. Plus I am still sore from the 7 mile (total miles with time I had to take to backtrack) yesterday. Sue and I start our official journey to a better way of eating, exercising and overall staying healthty. Even though we didn't official start until today, I was pretty much trying to be good over the 4th of July weekend. When I went to the diet Clinic on Saturday, July 2nd I weighed in at my house (naked) at 254.0 lbs. On there scale with clothes I weighed in at 255.2 lbs.
