I've been going back to my old ways of eating. Eating junk food late at night after work.. oh do I ever need to start back on track ASAP!..
Starting tomorrow im going to start eating healthier.. I will go to the grocery store and get some chicken breast and veggies to go with it.. Maybe some lean ground pork as well... grr kind of upset i've been gaining weight back as well.. not good at all. But i believe in myself that i can do this and continue to lose even more weight than before...

I've been on my diet for a month now. I've lost 10 pounds which I think is good. By next month i hope to be 10 pounds lighter.

I haven't been doing so well the last few days. I've been going over my calories by a lot!! I need to get back to business and back onto the wagon. I think i will try not to weigh myself everyday like I have been. I will wait at least a few days.

Today was day 9 of my diet. I feel like if I can stick to my diet until the end of this month I'll be able to see changes which will encourage to me to continue to my goal of 160lbs. I realized its not really so much what I eat, but its how many calories I eat. I went out with my sister for dinner yesterday to east side marios and had 2 bowls of italian wedding soup 1/2 loaf of bread and about half my pasta serving. All together the total caloric intake was about 712. ...

Yesterday I was driving my sister home when she asked if we could stop at McDonalds for her to get something to eat. My initial reaction was NO! Because prior to starting my diet and joining this site I would eat fast food pretty much everyday. I told her ok fine..
So there we were in the drive thru. I could have easily said screw this diet let me have a double cheeseburger and fries. But I didn't. I was able to resist my temptation. I was very proud of myself. Today is ...

Today I had a cheeseburger and fries with a coke. But i watched what i ate the rest of the day to stick within my calorie balance. I feel proud of myself. Its day 5 of my diet and i've been doing well.

My diet use to consist of fast food. I would have burger king before work some days and then have mcdonalds after work.... I KNOW.. so not healthy..
I've started my diet the beginning of this month(September) and have been doing a good job. I've lost a couple pounds already.
I've been watching my calorie intake and this site makes that very easy to do!
