Okay well....Day 3 went well but day 4 I messed up....I ate a bunch of apple fritters that I baked, then stopped at Burger King on the way home with my son, I only got a spicy chicken sandwich from the $1 menu, but ended up eating most of my son's food because he wasnt feeling well and fell asleep! Not good....
Today, Day 5 i started out with two white toast, Im out of wheat bread and my spray butter! Need to go shopping.

Hello....
Well today I went to the Dr. and weighed 158....hmmm. We talked about the Zoloft and decided to up it to 50 mg. It has lessened my OCD some, but I am still obsessing and depressed about my weight. I am going to try this for a month and see how I am feeling. I am paranoid about antidepressants because I fear they will make me gain weight. I did eat better yesterday and went for a 4 mile walk. Today is so wondy, I dont want to go out, maybe I will hop on the treadmill. So ...

Well, I woke up this morning weighing 160.5, I gained half a pound while sleeping. Anyway, I went to my part time job at 8am and now Im home, I need to find something to eat. I think i will have a lowfat oatmeal. Then I need to do some errands, and walk the dog or do something to get out of this house. I go back to work at 4:00pm.
