Day Five and Six: I added the Low Carb Tortillas, only 3 Net Carbs. I know on Atkins you should wait until the end of week 2, but needed something easy to fix. They have obviously not effected my blood sugars because I am down 10 lbs. in 6 days. Official weigh-in tomorrow. I can't wait to get under 200. 201.6 right now, only 61.6 to my goal of 140. Yay!!!

Day Two: Feeling great about the eating plan I have worked out for myself. Almost got up and ate late last night. I have a problem with wanting to eat at midnight. Took 2 sleeping pills to help from being awake at midnight, I woke up at 1 am wanting chips...didn't have any. Felt very good this morning.
