Mindset

So i have my mindset right and ready to do this finally.  I am not sure what triggers it but I am motivated and ready to commit to getting these pounds off my body and to do it the right way with diet and exercise.  Portion control is also a big part of me being successful.  I have always found success when i track my meals and exercise and day by day I will find the way to suc
