After changing jobs two years ago, it has become more difficult to maintain and lose weight. My prior job as an academic physician required constant walking and standing for approx 12 hours/day. Additionally, I had a gym membership which I used to go approx 3-4 week and workout for 1-1.5 hours each visit. Back then, I used to eat anything with minimal weight gain.
