Well, still not seeing any results, even though my daily progress calculator shows I shld be losing anywhere between 2 - 2.8 lbs per week. Not seeing it yet, but I know it's early in the game!

I went shopping tonight, and almost bought some "big girl" clothes, and then stopped myself. Buying bigger clothes is like resigning to the fact that I will continue to be this size. I weigh more now than I did when I was pregnant.  After each of my children, I got b...

Start of Week 2

I am frustrated. I feel as if I am doing everything right: watching what I east, and being smart about my food choices. Exercising regularly, pushing myself to go a little further each time....  Today I got on the scale, and I gained 2 lbs. UGH!!  This is ridiculous.  I am not giving up, but I'd really like to see some results. Show me that my effort is paying off! So please, Fairy Godmother, please help me out just a bit.  I know it is early, but please do not let me go...

Week 1

I'm 5 days into my weight loss plan and I feel pretty good. I haven't started to see any results yet, but they should show up soon with what I have been doing. I eat between 950-1500 calories a day, really watching the carbs, and walking between 1.75- 2.5 miles every day.

I found this site last night and love it! I entered all of my info for yesterday, and love went back 3 days so that I could see my progress. I love that I can choose a plan that shows me the ratios of carbs,...
