Pat on the back!. We had our Division monthly B-day celebration at work today and I was able to accomplish the task of not indulging in any cake today. I took the healthy route and chose trail mix instead. I was SOOOO proud of myself. This was a big deal for me so I'm feeling really great right about now.

It reached a whopping 100 degrees in SC today but I still managed to get a 40 minute walk in during my lunch break. However it was around 91 degrees when I walked but man it sure felt like 100. Made sure I got my fluids in so I wasn't worried about becoming dehydrated. Splurged a little on yesterday but my eating is back on point today and I'm feeling really good because I didn't beat myself up for it. Today has been a good day! Hope everyone

I got a great w/out in this morning......low impact but lots of POWER 45 min interval training. Boy did I sweat but it was all worth it and I know it'll pay off in the end. I just have to remember to stay focused on my goal. Hope everyone is having a great Friday and hope u all have a wonderful weekend!!! Oh by the way....I still haven't weighed in yet

Another good day of selecting good food choices after falling off the wagaon for a bit. I't really amazes me how much you can acccomplish once you really focus and put your mind to it. I think I deserve to give myself a pat on the back for accomplishing another good day. Still not ready to weigh in yet because I don't want to be disappointed....u know how that goes. Not gonna dwell on that though.....just enjoying todays success!! Feeling pretty go...

Started off on the wrong foot this morning. Didn't want to get out of bed so I missed my morning w/out. Attitude was all messed up so I figured maybe I need to spend some time reading the word thinking maybe that'll help me get into a better frame of mind and readjust.......needless to say it didn't work out like I'd hoped.
