This program has been invaluable in my 25 pound weight loss this summer. I began at 194# and am now 169. Nothing goes in my mouth that I don't measure and record in my diet tracker. The workout tracker is great to keep me motivated. Intitally, I worked off enough calories to equal an M&M. When I realized that - total change happened.
