On my journey to avoid diet pills, diet drinks, personal trainers and cosmetic surgery, although there are nothing wrong with these things, I am taking the initiative to do things my way. While my problem has always been that I don't eat enough ( 1 or 2 per day), whatever the reason, I have 40 lbs. to lose before I am at a weight that satisfies me and my health.
