Its been about a month, and I have lost 5 pounds. Each day I try to stay within 1,000 calories, drink water, do aerobic exercise five days a week with one pound weight lifting. I walk my dog three times a day for about 20 minutes, but the heat is terrible, and as soon as the weather changes I will get more enthusiam for my walks.
I have until Oct. 31st to make my goal. I started out at 174 pounds, and just want to get to 150 or 148. It seems like a r...

My daughter keeps telling me not to play the "old Card" on her, and she wants to help me think younger. I wanted to sit and watch movies, play on the computer, walk my dog, read millions of books, go to church, sing in the choir, cook, mow the 10 acres, swim every day, and just be settled.
