I lost two pounds...not really changing my meals too much... just not eating as often troughout the day. Not doing that intentionally but it seemed to have putforth some results with this new exercise, lol.
I had a good jog this morning.. 15 minutes...had some water.

Just did my first workout I designed on this site and i must say I definitely feel like I worked out...especially in my chest area.
I think I will try to do this workout 3x's a week, if not everyday. I'm tired. Off to drink water and shower!

Had a baby, got fat, trying to lose the weight.
current weight 145...To my scale: "It's goin' down!" LOL.
