I came across this site by pure chance. It's free, easy to use and allows me to have my very own blog?! Too good to be true. Well, today started with Quaker Brown Sugar Oatmeal (130 cals), with 1/2 a cup of granola (120 cals). I went to the gym with my husband directly after that and completed P90X's Ab Ripper X, only I stopped at 15 reps while my beastly husband didn't stop until 25 were done! After that I did a few different assisted pull ups (there are so many varieties) and dips. I ended...
