I've learned to workout a minimum of five days a week but I can't get the healthy eating habit together. Today is a new week and another new start. I'm committed to starting each day anew and beating the weight things for as many do overs that it takes. If I learned to enjoying working out while I hate to sweat, I know that eventualy I learn to control my calorie intake. Sixty pounds to lose.

I've been trying this battle for three years with no permanent results. This time it is going to be different. Before embarking on my diet change, it initiated an exercise program. My husband and I go to the health club at least five days a week. We get up at 5:00 in the morning. It has gotten to the point that when I don't go. I feel guilty and commit to not quitting.
