Today was a very hard day.
I have always been a bad eatter. I am overweight but not because i eat alot during the day. I used to skip breakfast, snack times lunch, and once im home for dinner i eat the triple porsions.
Today, i followed my diet plan. I felt so stuffed from the breakfast but pushed trough and now before going to bed I feel light, relaxed.
