Only lost 2 lbs, since I started, time to push myself harded I think. I am gonna go from 3 days a week to 5 days a week. Lets see how that goes.

Kids behind me 100%

I have the 2 greatest most encouraging kids in the world. The weekend is my 2 days that I don't go to the gym and the first thing they asked this morning was if I was going and when I said no they said that they would go hang out with friends for a couple hours  so I could go if I wanted. I told them that I wasen't going to go to the gym onthe weekends and they said well lets go for a walk then so you don't get lazy over the weekend lol, my children know me too well so we went out and walke...

Why I am doing this!

Just over a year ago I lost my other half to a heartattack and he was only 34 years old. It was a kick in the pants for me and his 2 children. For the last year we have lost 3 relatives to medical conditions that could have been prevented if they had taken care of themselves. It has really hit my son hard and he keeps asking me not to die on him.
