When I turned 35 years old this year I decided that I wanted to regain my physical fitness. I saw my wieght climb to its highest in all my life, and I topped the scale at 208 pounds. This was quite devastating to me. So I joined a gym, and decided to work on my cardio. I biked for 15 minutes, then did the treadmill, increasing my distance to five miles. I did this routine for one month straight. After that, I scaled back to jog 4 miles and the bike routine every other day.
