Ok, so I've been on the Curves Weight Management Plan for more than a year now. Logging all my food first on the Curves Complete website and now here on FitClick. And it has worked VERY well. Started at 195 pounds. Set an intermediate goal of 180 pounds and a full goal of 160 pounds. Made the 180 in 3 months and got to 165 in 4 more months. Got excited, got over-confident, saw that 160 getting so close in April. Started planning for what I would do after I got to 160 (keep going to 150!), but didn't actually get to 160 until Septermber.

Now I'm solidly more than 3 pounds below 160, so even with gaining three Phase 3 pounds I know I won't go back over 160. YES! Finally! Ah, it's great. And I am NOT going to keep going to 150 with the same program. 150 will be normal BMI, whereas at 5'-5" I am still slightly overweight at 160. But this food planning and logging takes a lot of my time, and I am ready to spend more energy on other parts of my life.

So, I'm gonna try going to Phase 3, but keeping track of my lowest weight and not going more than 3 pounds over any new low (using 2 or 3 day Phase 1 tuneups). It's a little risky, so even though I'm not gonna plan so much of my food ahead of time, I will keep tracking food at least until the end of November on the New Leaf Fall Challenge.
