Finally some progress! Learning to eat more reasonable meals in a day and watch my intake. I'm also starting to listen more to my body and not eat just because it is "time" to eat; instead I'm eating when I'm hungry and not eating when I feel full. And most importantly, finishing a meal now means eating until I feel full.
I also feel more energetic. I'm running on the treadmill about 5 times a week. It's so hard to start and keep going; I always feel like quitting around the 10 minute mark! But I power through and try to get in at least 30 minutes daily. Seeing some results; a few pounds off, but not much change in the way my clothes fit. I'll keep it up, though, it should eventually start to disappear!
