Finally some progress! Learning to eat more reasonable meals in a day and watch my intake. I'm also starting to listen more to my body and not eat just because it is "time" to eat; instead I'm eating when I'm hungry and not eating when I feel full. And most importantly, finishing a meal now means eating until I feel full. I also feel more energetic. I'm running on the treadmill about 5 times a week. It's so hard to start and keep going; I always feel like quitting around the 10 minute ma...

Doing well so far

I'm quite proud that I've been so good about working out for at least 20 minutes 5 days per week.  2 weeks in and doing well in that area, but not yet losing weight.  Bummer.  I have such a huge appetite!  It's so hard to eat less.  And beer is hard to say no to as well!  Oh well, I'll keep trying.  I HAVE to drop these pounds.  I just hate looking at pictures of me or seeing myself in the mirror.
