trying to get in the routine.

I am trying so hard to get into the routine of watching what I eat and exercising daily but with little to no energy and little motivation it is so hard to get it going. I am trying to record what I eat and drink to see if that will help me some to kind of stay on track with that and maybe start taking off some of these pounds. Trying to stay away from the junk food and exercising all the time is going to be hard but I have mastered that one so far today. I have not had any junk food today and have been able to do some crunches today but it is going to take awhile to get to were I can do as many as I can or at least set a target and meet it and be able to hold out to get to my target. I have about 55 pounds to lose and it is hard to get started to get these off with no energy. I am taking Ziinc to help start up my metabolism so that some weight can be gone. I just as God for the courage, strength, energy and motivation to past this point in my life so that I don't have to starve myself. I need all the help I can get at this point to get going.
