About me: I have a hard time resisting sugar and "junk food" as well as exercising so that I can lose weight. I don't know what to do to get started with this whole exercising thing so that I can lose weight and get healthy for my family. some days are good and some are bad with watching what I eat and resisting the craving for sugar and junk food. I just need some input on how I can create the energy to get motivated to start losing weight that is unwanted.
