losing weight and it showing

I feel that I am losing weight but it is not showing on the scale like I would like for it too...I am slacking off the "junk food" and eating more healthy foods....I am seeing some changes in my body with the weight loss but not the way that I would like to right now....made the first step to exercising outside the house the other day by getting out and walking a mile I wasn't hurting or dieing like I thought I would be doing when I got done I actually felt really good afterwards and I am just wanting the weather to just cooperate with me so that I can work on this step more so that I can start walking everyday like I want to do I would feel so much better if I could add this to my daily routine...I have a thought in my mind as to where I want to be by this summer but it is hard getting there and not having any exercise things at home is kinda hard too but I am not giving up on this adventure b/c I did it once and I can do it again only thing is I am not going to stop eating or eat less like I did before but then I didn't have a choice to slow down the eating or not able to eat as I would have like too...I am blessed and continue to pray and for God's help with this and I know he is going to get me through this...I hope this site helps others to get to where they would like to be in life may God pour his blessings on each and everyone of us during this new year...God bless you all and good luck with your weight loss.
