About me: I have always been active until I went away to college. After college with little activity I started to gain weight. Inches creep-ed up on me and now I'm overweight. I'd like to be a little bit more active and not get winded when I climb stairs. I tend to lose weight easily and any physical activity helps with the weight loss. My doctor explained that I gain from not eating and I skip meals. Not to lose but because I just don't have time to eat 3 square meals with snacks in between. My doctor said if I ate on a schedule the weight would come off. When I do find time to eat on a schedule, I do lose the weight but then I go back to not sticking with the schedule and the weight returns. I need help sticking to an eating and exercise plan. I need accountability to stick with a health and fitness program. I know I can lose if I just had the will power to stick with the health and fitness program.
