About me: I always had difficulty gaining weight -- until I turned 30. For the next 17 years, my weight soared to a whopping 270 pounds! Using the Couch to 5K (C25K) interval training program, I started running. I also started eating better.
I quickly found out that there is very little info for big runners, so I started www.JiggleJog.com for those of us in real life running.
I'm now down to 245 pounds on my way to 220.
