About me: i stepped on the scales about six months ago and decided i had to do something about my weight. not knowing where to go i started with a new doctor who did metobolic testing and put me on a set number of calories per meal and a exercise plan.i have went from 220lbs to 169lbs...am struggling to lose more weight at this point....but i'm not giving up.
