About me: Well, I've always been active and loved to do fitness. Now I'm approaching 60 and still want to be fit but it's harder to motivate myself to actually do it. I have 3 dogs and if I walk them briskly every day one at a time I think that would help alot but my abs/core really needs strengthing so I'm going to start again. I would like to maintain strength for later on so I can still do the things I love to do.
