Ok, after seeing my final intake totals for the day yesterday, I tried to change some of the things I was eating.

So, for breakfast I had a healthier cereal - Honey Bunches of Oats with Peaches and a hole banana

Lunch was a bowl of salad with chicken - no bread.

I have notices that my water intake isn't where it should be, I tried to increase that, but I don't just drink water, I drink iced tea. I am counting it as a water, but it also has ...

Ok, so I am going to TRY to diet for 1 solid month. I am planning a December lap band procedure and I need to start eating right. With the help of my fiance and kids, hopefully I can get on track b4 I have to go back to work.

Notes from dietician
.
- do not take food groups out of diet
- increase fiber
- increase protein
- decrease fat
- decrease sugars (<15 per meal)
- decreast carbs
- Add fruits and veggi...
