OK, Well this morning while putting my lunch together for school I decided I would measure out one serving of Goldfish Crackers. Well 32 crackers later boy was I feeling deprived.  My three year old son eats more than that.  So I figure more water.  In the beginning I will probably feel like a water balloon to curve the temptation to eat more food. Yes I eat more than one serving size, don't most Americans?  I've also found that I eat often throughout the day. ...

Ahhh temptation #1

Ok I satisfied a temptation. I went to McDonald's, jonesing for McNuggets. Ok it was a 6 piece and I did not get fries. Should be ok. Oh Yeah and the coffee.
Sometimes these urges come out of guilt. For example, after dress shopping with my mother this weekend she bought my matron of honor dress adding, "Keep in mind take 10lbs off and it should fit fine."

I am thinking about working out. I did at New Year's like we always do but...
