Yoga Level 1: Bridge Pose

Calories Burned:  170 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
1. Lie on back, feet flat on floor with palms down.
2. Lift hip and torso up off the floor, pressing into palms and feet.
3. Press shoulders and upper arms into the floor while interlacing hands together.
4. Lift hips up towards the ceiling. Hold for 5 breaths.
5. Lower glutes back down to the floor. Separate arms.
