Workout routine comments

You should maybe try eating a banana and an egg or two. Banana's give you potasium and eggs give you protein. Therefore, you are getting nutrients that help to keep your body going during your workout routine. Also, make sure to drink lots of water. Water keeps ypu hydrated, preventing your body from giving out.

I knoq it is better to work out before breakfast but I'm having strange reactions like my blood sugar wants to bottom out and i want to pass out, so what is your tips for that. If i don't do it on an empty stomach what would be the best thing to eat.
