I am 5'4'' 58 years old female weigh 158 lbs. I use to weigh 190 lbs, need to lose 13 more lbs in order to get down to my idea weight but now I am stuck in a plateau and can't lose any more weight, I have tried exercising more and lowering my caloric intake but still no success. Are there any suggestions?

This 42 y.o., 5'5", 190 lb single working mom kept putting everything else before my health. Partially as an excuse, and partially because of poor time management. I realize that as a single working mom, I need to make it happen, or I'll end up wondering what a difference my health could have made in my life circumstances. I've decided I don't want to wonder any more...I want to see.
