I am 5ft 3 and weighs 145 pounds my goal is 120 ...i am from south africa and new to america and got a bad habbit of eating wrong food in this country i gained 30 lbs in 10 months just from being in america

i am 5'10''.and weigh 221 pound. i cant lose only 1 poun a week so so i run 4 mill 3 time during the weak i don't now what i can do.and i want tu run 7 minute for mile that is my goal , i want to be 180 pound

I am 5ft.4in. and I weigh 175 lbs.I can lose weight but getting movitated and sticking with it is my biggest problem.I use to weigh 155 lbs. I want to get back to that weight. I know I can do it. I just need a little movitation.
