Im 46yrs. old,and @ the worst shape i've ever been in, so I decided to stop smoking after 20 yrs. and join a gym. Its all about just doing it.Its not easy, but if you want it bad enough, you'll do it. Take baby steps, then work your way up.

I am on vacation in Colorado an I've gain weight .I would like to go home feeling an looking great I need help to start my plan to make this possible please help someone !!!!!!!!!!

Good day ! I have been a smoker for over 10 years now. I have decided to stop tonight. I have tried many times before without success, I would have to admit that much... The key is to have a goal and plenty of determination inside your skull. Hope I will get back my cardiac strength once again. Let see how it goes... Thanks for the program! FS
