Workout routine comments

Switching up your workouts is a great way to trick your body into losing those hidden lbs. Sometimes its easy to get comfortable with the same constant workout routines but by rotating what you do will help target areas in the body that you miss by doing your regular routine workout. When it comes to diet, its okay to splurge every now and then, but if your feeling guilty about it - try a 2 day cleanse where you eat nothing but fruits and vegetables, lettuce is almost purely water weight, to get rid of that bloated feeling! im new to this site. i have already lost 17 lbs but have stopped and lost none. i need more to losein this weight. any help would be greatly welcome. please dont spare my feels cause this will not help. today i ate way to much and that is sure one of the major problems.

I will definitely try doing different exercises. Thanks for the tip Odin22! CPeople, I thoought I was drinking plenty of water, but I recently started tracking it and the answer is no. I am working up to that but am consistently at about 4 right now.
