put ribs in crock pot and cover with bbq sauce
when ribs are cooked thru, separate pork with fork to create pulled pork.
cut onions and peppers. sautee in butter
cut rolls and top with pork, onions, and peppers. add additional bbq sauce as needed.
refrigerate any leftover meat with leftover bbq sauce from crock pot to add additional moisture when rewarming.
