Directions:  
Toss brussels sprouts with oil, salt and pepper. Place in casserole dish and bake 20 minutes in 400º oven. Let cool.
In a bowl, mix together, egg, cream, cheese, onion and garlic powder. Pour over brussels sprouts. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until golden.
