Brown ground beef. (Onions and/or mild green chilies may be added if desired when cooking the meat)
Add 1 1/2 cup of cheese to the meat and spoon 1/12 of the mixture into a flour tortilla.
Roll up the tortilla and place seam side down into greased baking dish.
After all tortillas have been rolled with the meat mixture filling, pour the enchilada sauce on top of the enchiladas.
Bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
Add the remainder of the cheese to the top of the enchiladas and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and enchiladas are cooked through.
