Mix first 4 ingredients in slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients except flour and water, toss to coat. Cover with lid and cook on low 8-9 hours or on high 4-5 hours.

Transfer meat and veggies to a serving bowl with a slotted spoon. Cover with foil and set aside. mix flour and water until well blended and then whisk into juices in slow cooker. Sover and cook on high 15 mins or until sauce is slightly thickened. Add meat and veggies back to slow cooker and toss to coat.
