Description: This is my version of the Turkey/Chickpea meatballs seen prepared by Mike on the Biggest Loser on 5/18/2010. As of this posting, I am still working out the details. I yielded 12 large meatballs at about 63 g each. I think they could be made smalle
Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (12 pieces)

Directions:  
In a large bowl, mix by hand or with a spoon the ground turkey, parsley, pepper, pureed garbanzo beans, and egg. Roll the ground turkey mixture into small meatballs and place on baking pan. (I use a stone with no added sprays or oils) Mixture will yield 12 meatballs at about 63 g each.

Bake meatballs in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes or till no longer pink inside. Meat should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
