500  grams
200  grams
100  grams
2  teaspoons
1  teaspoon

Mix the yoghurt with the egg
Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl
Add the egg/ yoghurt mixture and stir
Put the mixture into a 2lb lined loaf tin
Bake at 200c for 30mins
Reduce heat to 150c for a further 30 mins
The temperature is in centigrade - convert to fahrenheit depending on your oven/location.
