Rana Zoodles

1-1/4  cups		zucchini zoodles
2  ounces		83% ground beef
2  tablespoons		Rana Alfredo Sauce
1  tablespoon		Stella aged 10 months Parmesan cheese
1  pinch		Ground Black pepper to taste
1/2  teaspoon		garlic powder
1  teaspoon		fresh cilantro
4		Mushrooms - Fresh,s Sliced
1  tablespoon		Yellow Onion - Fresh, Chopped
