Directions:  
Drain tomatoes; reserve juice.

Saute in Instant Pot: oil, onion, bell pepper, tomato paste, drained tomatoes, and salt Add garlic, and continue cooking until aromatic. Turn off heat. Add chicken broth, reserved juice, and paprika; stir.

Add 2-4 pounds boneless skinless chicken. Cook for 15 minutes on high pressure, natural release for 15 minutes, then quick release.

Turn off heat. Remove chicken to a plate. Stir in yogurt and half & half.
