I substituted Gorton's Tilapia Tuscan Style Crusted Garlic and Herb with the sun dried tomato pesto. It was SOOO good. Tasted like Chicken parmesean with tomato pesto and permesean cheese (shredded real cheese) on top. Didn't taste like fish with the Gorton's crust and pesto at all. Really really good. Its now a favorite. I'm having a second for dinner!

Why is it called Talapia yet the recipe calls for Halibut? Are the nutrition facts for Tilapia or Halibut?
