Mince garlic. In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and beans and cook until heated through. Reduce heat and stir in onion, parsley, lemon juice, spinach and salt and pepper to taste. Toss until spinach is wilted. Keep bean salad warm, covered, over very low heat until ready to serve.
