Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving
1  cup
1/4  cup
1/4  teaspoon
1/2  teaspoon
1  dash
2  tablespoons

1)Bring a large skillet to medium heat adding the oil to the pan.
2)When heated add honey and toss brown sugar in pan. Stir until melted in. Add apple pieces and nutmeg.
3)Bring the heat to medium-high and add the pork chop
4) Cook on both sides flipping with spatula.
5)Add parsley and salt pepper on the pork chops and flip over twice.
6) Cover with a lid and let sit in heat for 5 minutes checking it and flipping the chops. Continue until the chops are firm. You can cut through the center of chop to check how done without any pink. Last you can spoon the apples over top of the pork chops. You have a easy delicious meal! By: Julia Williams
