So I woke up an hour early this morning and did a squat challenge and leg/butt workout from www.blogilates.com. I got about 8 hours of sleep last night so I wasn't feeling that tired either. My legs are a little sore now, dont so much feel it in my butt yet. I think I definitely need to up my workouts I am just trying to figure out timing first and what I can fit in where. Sooo I've decided to start working out...AGAIN...I have started and stopped many many times before! As most of you know I am getting married in August and well, who doesn't want to look the absolute best that they can on their wedding day. Not only that but I want to feel better too!
